• Refund requests must be made within the time frame specified by the train operator (e.g., 24 hours before departure).

• Cancellation fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund.

2.2. Non-Refundable Tickets

• Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for a refund, except in special cases where the train operator allows changes or credits for future travel.

• In some cases, non-refundable tickets may be changed to a different travel date or passenger name (subject to fees set by the operator).

Service Fees: Any service fees charged by RAIL-AMERICA for the booking process are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
